But let me just quickly walk you through this, because on this issue of our $8.7 billion Overseas Contingency Operations, we have the strongest support from Secretary Gates, from Admiral Mullen. So we are funding vital civilian missions in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iraq with this $8.7 billion.
So, with a $47 billion dollar operational account and an additional $8.7 billion dollars for Overseas Contingency Operations Hillary spends $200k on security giving the contract to some unknown British contrator who hired the local 17th of February Martyrs Brigade. The ones who photographed the consulate hours before the attack and ran like rabbits when the attack came.
In addition to that Hillary rejected keeping the DoD provided security which doesn't come out of the State Dept. budget. It's DoD.
