African women dress up when going out. She may walk out of a shack but if she is going into town she will look like she stepped out of a department store window.
As for the guys wearing corn rows and pants falling off their butts, they will probably get their butts kicked for dressing like transvestite prostitutes.
Africans have self respect, I agree.
