Petition: Trump Should Sue Cruz on Presidential Eligibility
iPetition.com ^ | 02/18/16 | bolobaby

READ CAREFULLY!

Donald Trump has no balls. If he did, he would sue Ted Cruz on his presidential eligibility since he now has standing. He and his supporters are full of crap and will never really challenge Ted Cruz on eligibility because they know they will not win.

Donald Trump's failure to sue Cruz demonstrates that he is full of bluster and will do the same thing all politicians do - yap endlessly on something, but never take action.

Cruz and Trump supporters alike should urge Trump to PROVE he's a man of action and not just full of crap.

Sue Cruz or urge your supporters to shut up.

Spread the word to everyone. Let's see if Trump has any of the balls he claims to have. Bet he doesn't.

I’ll sign it. We’ve been under the cloud of a President whose eligibility was never contested and should’ve been for eight years. Another such election and the whole concept of “natural born citizen” will be determined without being defined. It isn’t just about Trump and Cruz. It’s something that should’ve been done eight years ago.

Put up or shut up Trump.
Or, like the man in the Good, the Bad and the Ugly said:
If you are going to shoot, shoot. Don’t talk.

The Usurper has not been proof enough of the wisdom of the founders for some.

Barack Hussein Obama was born a British subject.
The founders would not have considered him a natural born citizen.
He is what they were trying to prevent.

Trump needs Cruz in the race to split the anti vote.

He will obliterate Cruz when he is no longer needed.

Forget my #3. It isn’t about requesting that Trump file the lawsuit. It’s a diatribe against Trump instead of a statement that we seek a decision on the matter. Replace this with a petition that’s worded impartially and I’ll sign it.

He doesn’t need to. Cruz will fade away on his own.

Well said. And I agree.

I do believe this is a serious issue and that Cruz is in serious jeopardy... or rather, America is in serious jeopardy if Cruz gets the nomination and the rats sue and win in front of the legions of liberal judges in different voting jurisdictions all over America.

Read my #7 and read the petition. It’s yet another evidence of the nastiness that pervades everything about Cruz’s campaign.

Either way, it basically is say, “sue.”

If he doesn’t, he’s a wuss. Period. Unite in telling him to sh!t or get off the pot. We’re sick of it.

So you are saying he shouldn’t sue.

Then shut up about eligibility.

I’ll repeat. A lot of folks will sign an objective petition that asks for the issue to be settled. Since you’re using a legitimate issue to turn it around and insult our candidate, you don’t seem to be looking for an answer.

Trump said he is a man of his word. If he does not make good on his threat, he will be revealed as the lying, blustering, whiner that he is.

Ted Cruz is not intimidated by the likes of Donald Trump.

I’m saying he should sue. But not with a petition that’s used to insult one of the parties involved. Reword that statement with the petition so it’s a request for a lawsuit to be filed, without any of the character assassination of Trump.

Petition: Trump Should Sue Cruz on Presidential Eligibility

As with the kenyan/indonesian bastard currently infesting the white hut, the "courts" would probably say he has no standing. Most likely an official from one or more of the states would have to take action and then it is questionable whether they would be granted standing or the decision made before the election.

I agree....sometimes no action is the best action.

IF he should become the candidate for pres or VP, the Dems will nail him.

And IMHO, he is not eligible. I wish Scalia was here because he was a strict constitutionalist. But here's a clue....All Presidents have been born on US soil or under US jurisdiction, i.e., Panama in the case of McCain.

But Trump’s refusal to act on his threat IS an answer, of sorts. He’s got a well-funded legal apparatus, access to the finest legal fighters money can buy, and IF he won’t follow through on his threat, it means he knows he can’t win and has just been posturing all along, OR he thinks he can win but won’t do it because he has too much to gain personally from leaving it unresolved. There may be other options, but that’s what it looks like to me. As Cruz said, this has been a way of life for Trump, rolling over people that get in his way by legal intimidation. About time somebody stood up to him. Bring it, Trump.

Peace,

SR
