UT coach denies culture of sex assault in football program after lawsuit
CNN ^

a new lawsuit accuses the university of mishandling reports of alleged sexual assaults by student athletes, particularly football players. It alleges the university violated federal Title IX regulations against sex discrimination, fostered "a hostile sexual environment and culture" and offers a 20-year-old complaint against then-Volunteers quarterback Peyton Manning as evidence of the school's longstanding indifference.

The complaint was filed February 9 in federal court in Nashville, two days after Manning led the Denver Broncos to victory in Super Bowl 50. The six accusers are not named in the complaint.

A "hostile sexual environment of rape by male athletes" was "condoned and completely unaddressed" by university officials from the chancellor down to the head football coach, the lawsuit said.

you also don’t see this against soccer from American ultra-liberals (a European favorite; I like the game, but American liberals ought to stop with their rose coloured view of it, especially given the overt racist chants that occur at Euro soccer games).

I had the fortune, good or mis, to drive by the U of Arizona campus the other day. The way a lot of those girls dress in front of what are naturally horny young men it is amazing that orgys are not perpetrated continually along the Quad. Geez! What in hell are they doing? Do they dress like that and say to the mirror,”I hope nobody looks at me?”

Uh...Peyton Manning went to the University of TENNESSEE.

And Nashville is in TENNESSEE.

I think you need to change your headline?

Girls dress that way because they are competing with each other to get the attention of the most desirable guys (the "alpha males").

They get upset and outraged when any average guy (a "beta male") dares to think they are seeking to attract HIM.

Noob,

the actual headline is:

“UT coach denies culture of sex assault in football program after lawsuit”

You’re not allowed to make up your own headline.

I’ve asked the mods to fix this.

Avoid doing forbidden stuff like this again or you could get zotted.

The Obama Regime and the Media unleashed the exact same smear campaign against our military and our nation's warriors.

Obama's political appointees in the Pentagon waged war against all male Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and Airmen by putting out false statistics that "non-reported sexual assault was increasing." "Non-reported" means nothing was reported.

But the military was smeared by this "Prove a Negative" smear campaign. Men who were decent fathers and husbands were forced to endure days and days of "sexual assault training" that was nothing but male hating propaganda.

Meanwhile, the Pentagon's own report found that actual falsified reporting (read: lying) by women had increased by 35% in 2013 alone, due to the fact that women in the military who were themselves facing disciplinary action were "encouraged" to lie. The penalty for filing false reports against male members of the military? Nothing. Not one false report was prosecuted.

False reports outpace sex assaults in the military

Countless lives and the lives of their families were ruined, all so the Democrats could perpetrate their "War on Women" false narrative. And they used our warriors to do it.

Oh, and homosexual rape of male soliders rose exponentially, and the Obama Regime and the Media have buried these facts.

My freshman year in college I lived in one of the “jock dorms” on campus and a couple players on the football team shared one of the rooms on my floor. I recall only one “incident” that involved a drunk stripper from a local club, her in the showers (clothed), out in hall half clothed, in the players’ room with the door open, and every guy on that floor out of their rooms watching the goings on. The dorm itself was all male and women of any sort on the floors after 10:00 were verboten, so rules were being broken. But we never saw or heard of anything more serious than Animal House type drunken debauchery.

Where is the proof that these incidents really happened? There has to be more than he said she said for an honest verdict to be found. The timing of the lawsuit is also suspect. I graduated from UT and people I know from the university say this woman is a money hungry nutcase. This is just more reason to keep men out of women's locker rooms and women out of men's. They talked vulgar? Its a men's locker room!

but liberals believe in “equitable justice” only for those they deemed “oppressed.” Men, especially white men, need not apply.

This auto-believe stuff is a bunch of trash. Some of it may be their “destroy ‘traditional masculinity’” trash, others might just be feminists trying to get back at the guys who go out with better looking girls than the feminists.

I have watched UT athletics for 35 yrs. and the number of rape charges against their programs is astounding. We are not even talking about their athletes criminal antics. You can call it like a script being played out:

1: an assault occurs by one of their athletes and the charge eventually gets out into the public arena, many never make it that far.

2: the university quickly says they are investigating and may or may not suspend the athletes in question.

3: then the local media goes into circle wagon mode for the “team” and eventually the womans charge and character is questioned.

4: after everything dies down the charges quietly are dropped and the victim shuts up or leaves school or even the town itself.

5: players are reinstated and the rape, pillage and plunder continues until the next incident that gets into the public arena.

I can recall only one case that has not happened this way and it is currently being litigated.

I don’t believe the Manning charge, I think someone wants $$$. However, the other charges ranging from rapes, robbing convenience stores, to assaulting off duty police officers is nothing new. My sister graduated from UT and I have an ex-girlfriend who attended UT and both could tell one story after another of the criminal activity and outrageous criminal behavior by UT athletes and the never ending cover ups by the university and it’s media supporters.
