I wonder how many miles per year a person puts on a car like this. I bet they just sit in a fancy garage most of their life.
FYI: Just outside of Sun Valley, ID for one day a year a stretch of highway has it’s speed limit removed while ‘normal’ traffic is routed on another stretch.
This Bugatti Veyron did a tad over 235 MPH.

One of the ‘little’ things that go unmentioned in this story is tire life.
Once a Bugatti Veyron does a stint at 200 or more, the tires MUST be replaced.
Simple? Sort of.
1) Remove tires and wheels
2) Ship to Michelin in France
3) Include $20,000
4) Wait for your new tires and old rims.
BTW I saw a Bugatti Veyron in my town last summer. It was around the time of the Sun Valley event so some of these owners do drive their cars. I live 7 hours from Ketchum.
Pretty cool.
The hills around Silicon Valley come alive with cars like this on nice weekends. Most of the exotics do seem to be weekend toys.
Just like any other toy, it depends on the person, where he lives, how much free time and how many supercars and other toys and hobbies he's juggling/collecting/enjoying.
