Where is the lawyer speak? What was so difficult to understand? He advertised he was going to design the curriculum and hand pick the professors, It’s right there in the ad he made for the seminar. He admits in the depositions he didn’t do that. Seems straight forward to me.
Lynda.com has courses for those that need to learn how to use Google or other search engines /s
It doesn’t sound like they have much of a case at all
And anyway, defrauding people out of millions is now OK, because...Trump.
Being a billionaire who has defrauded thousands out of millions is not my view of “Make America Great”.
Do you have some factual support for that claim?
That “factual” support would be sourced from the posterior file.
If you make a statement, it’s your responsiblity to provide evidence.
My time is too precious to do other peoples’ jobs for them.
This thread has a lot of info about the BBB rating. One comment among many:
Heres What Donald Trump Handed the Fox News Hosts During the Commercial Break
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3405249/posts?page=14#14
The fact is, there can be no accurate rating unless the firm provides information which Trump said they did not do until they became aware it had a D rating and after they provided information it was elevated to an A rating. This is true with DUNS and any similar ratings agency and as can be seen at the bottom of the document when it was Trump University, the BBB had only received ONE complaint within 3 years and it was closed.
Total non-issue.
That is what the charges and investigations are about. Fine, “alleged in two states”. Sound better? It is factual now...
I am confused. I thought the investigation it was about Trump university and now you are telling me it is about thousands of complainants at millions of dollars each, which is a whole different matter.
PS 17 years ago I got a parking ticket and didn't pay it for 4 months.
Do you know what the Trump University charges are about? Thousands of complaints for a total in the millions. Adding “each” to change what I am saying is simply misrepresentation.
If you want to support someone being investigated for fraud, go ahead.
yes, duh
