My computer updated Thursday night and I haven’t been able to turn it on since. I turn it on and it says “preparing automatic repair” and then blue screen of death and restarts and it’s a loop over and over. Can anyone help? I have a recorded drive on a usb but it won’t load.
Recorded drive = recovery drive
I’m not a ‘doze expert, but I seem to recall that some versions of the ‘doze Install discs have a “Recovery” option available if you boot off of them. You might try that.
