On Saturday, Donald Trump led a rally of supporters to raise their right hands and take a pledge that they would vote for him. Lets do a pledge. Who likes me in this room? Trump asked the crowd at a rally in Orlando, Florida, which was frequently interrupted by protesters. Ive never done this before. Can I have a pledge? A swearing? Raise your right hand.
The Republican presidential front-runner then proceeded to get the audience to repeat after him. I do solemnly swear that I, no matter how I feel, no matter what the conditions, if there are hurricanes or whatever, will vote on or before the 12th for Donald J. Trump for president.

It was folks just like you he was wanting to get back in that line.
Happy to see you have begun to see the light. Welcome back to reality, not the reality TV show.
Ignorant of what, the ultimate greatness of your candidate?
And you call Trump supporters "cultists"?
Damn, it's time to understand who the enemies are and they are not Cruz and or Trump or their supporters.
This is the kind of over-the-top journalistic assassination that has turned people off the media.
uhhhhhhhhhhh Las Vegas Ron, that depends on which side of the aisle you are on....
TRUMP has DU values in many ways, and is now running on the opposite side of the aisle to see if he can camaflauge the platform enough to look conservative and win the election...
I fully expect him to return to the Democrat side after the election .....
Yep, we are under the spell of COMMON SENSE! Not under the spell of New York “three card Monty” marketing.
I'm on the side of defeating the DC corruption and rape of America and its citizens.
I will gladly vote Trump or Cruz to accomplish it.
And I fully expect Cruz to reveal his Goldman Sachs CFR North American Union side as soon as he gets in.
Now what?
OK this from a supporter of the man who was running to show this country the face of God that we serve.
I didn’t need to read the report. I watched the rally, both of the rallies where he asked them to pledge to get out and vote, in their entirety.
Do you understand the difference between pledging alleigence to a country and its Constitution and pledging alleigence to a PERSON?
If you don’t, we are in serious trouble at FR.
Did you even read what I posted?
Probably not.
Ignorant of how to take an oath.
Take a breath.
Got it.
Already read it days ago. I stand by what I said.
But comparing people at a Trump rally to Nazis is OK? Is that what FR stands for?
But comparing people at a Trump rally to Nazis is OK? Is that what FR stands for?
Retarded article. The Nazi also ate breakfast. I did too. I guess that makes me a Nazi.
Calling out people who pledge alleigence to a person instead of a country is certainly OK on FR and should be expected. When they do this for Trump it is wrong and when they did it for Obama it was wrong.
Are you OK with school children pledging alleigence to Obama instead of to the flag?
I will never pledge alleigence to a politician. Why would you? Why would anyone American whose loyalty should be to the Constitution and not any person?
Glenn Beck, is that you?
Trump said to raise your hand if you're going to vote for me. The hands went up. The Leftists said: "See! That's a Nazi salute! They're pledging allegiance to the person of Trump like the Germans pledged allegiance to the person of Hitler!"
Nothing could be further from the truth, but that's never stopped the Left and its nefarious propaganda. The Left has only contempt for truth.
Whether Leftists are delusional or mendacious is always an unanswered question.
The truth is that the world is indeed in danger of a recrudescence of Naziism and all its horrors. However the Trump Revolution is a repudiation of it and the world's best chance to halt it in its tracks!
Leftists cannot see this. They are trapped in groupthink and cannot see reality.
They cannot see that the thing they fear most--that we all fear most--is the very thing toward which they are propelling the world with all their efforts--and that the Trump Revolution is a counter-revolution against the recrudescence of Naziism that looms on the world's horizon.
