Trump launched his campaign by expressing outrage over sanctuary cities and the policies that led to the death of Kate Steinle. So, it is incredibly concerning that Trump contributed thousands of dollars to the the leading proponent of sanctuary cities in California in the last five years.

Trump supporters please look at this new evidence - this was in California not New York so Trump didn't need to support her for business reasons. Contributions like this support my belief that Trump is a fraud.

Remember that Ben Carson recently said that Trump didn't really believe "some of the more outlandish things [Trump] says". With a history of contributions to the queen of sanctuary cities, I have to wonder if Trump's immigration policy is just one of those "outlandish" things that Trump doesn't really believe in.

Yet, Donald Trump, who doesn’t even live in California,

...

But he does business in California.

Your hit pieces aren’t working.

He donated to liberals and republicans, even Ted Cruz....for the zillionth time!

He’d be poor like us if as a businessman he refused to do business with half the country!

Sad thing is, no matter how much sense you make, no matter how many facts you post, people here will tell you that you are liberal scum for posting sense and facts....

We are being conned. Not even by the best. Just conned. Sad to see.

That's where his Kool-Aid is made.

Do you really think I care about this? Are you a Cruz supporter? Does it not bother you how many incidents there have been of his campaign backstabbing and using trickery...and then Cruz denies having anything to do with it...just before he says the leadership in a campaign bears culpability (violence at Chicago rally).

Doesn’t apply to Cruz though....so let me choose a generous big-hearted man who made a donation to whatever over a sociopath liar.
Yep.

Disturbing. But big business exists by paying off government officials, whether Democrat or Republicans. So that’s what he did, legally. It’s the cost of doing business, and yes, everybody does it, of necessity.

I knew somebody who was a real estate developer. He told me that when asked, he always made contributions to politicians running for office. He did not like most of them, but paid to “stay out of trouble.” It is shake down money.

I am not a Trump supporter, but I would rather know how consistent Trump has been since making his conversion to a Republican, and self-identified conservative.

Even President Reagan underwent a transformation in political ideology over the years.

I believe Cruz has been much more consistent than Trump, but let’s see the fair reporting.

Trump is chasing after power, what’s this nonsense about values? They are far too restrictive.

And do you really think Cruz gives a rip about you? He is an elite sanctimonious power-luster determined to win at all costs, with money from all of those he pretends to spurn. Do you never question the lies right in front of your face?

And yet, Jerry Brown promises a wall if Trump is elected.

They fear Trump. They don't fear the GOPe lightweights.
