It’s pretty hard for ONE senator (like Cruz), apart from being Majority Leader, to move the entire Senate, but you Trumpites would have trouble grasping that point. We’ll see what your boy does if by some curse, he wins.

The failure of the entire FOPe to lead, and the shunning of guys like Cruz who stirred the pot and was villified by the GOPe, set up the vacuum that Trump is filling. Cruz has his own issues, but Boehner, Ryan, McCain, Graham, McConnell, et al are all to blame for not standing up to the Dems and Dear Leader. First, I am not a Trumpite, and I grasp the point that the indisputable rise of Trump is a symptom, not a disease.
