Until this method came on the market it was hopeless. Ashamed to say how long the OTC product has been used but it is certainly much longer than the instructions on the box. Doc. is aware and is fine with the use. The gum and the patch were worthless. The prescription drug -unable to use for various reasons. The lozenge is the only thing that works for me.
