If you are referring to the photo in the article it says-
“compelled me to make public this image of my sister created from my memory.”
So it is not an actual photo of her.

Well that explains it.....thank you.... I would call that memory a traumatic memory of sorts...., the imagination genuinely comes into play during those times....but so does the condition of her body to begin with....she wasn't exactly mobile with working limbs etc. so her dying likely would take on possibly similar to some forms of cancer patients as they die. Often getting hallowed checks and drawn faces beforehand...weight loss is not uncommon, sunken eyes and such ....but her cracked lips didn't need to be so. Someone wasn't paying attention.
