I am glad you were LOL, because I was joking. (I am not a FRumpster, you see. I actually have a good sense of humor).

Seriously, I have looked carefully at Obama's digital birth certificate, and it's obviously phony. (I would even vote for Trump if he would promise to open the investigation and prosecute Obama next year.)

Well I doubt he can make that promise at this stage of the game, but it wouldn't surprise me if he did pursue it should he become the President. But to say that he would do so now, could very well put his life in jeopardy.

It may even be his game plan to rollback everything Obama has done to this nation over the last 8 years.

First of all, you do not know what Trump does and does not have. I don’t either. Secondly, I do know that failure to disclose the terms of his 2012 loans is a violation of FEC rules and it is indisputable he did that. I would not put it past him to violate rules again if it is to his advantage, as any Canadian weasel would do. I think that given the fact that Cruz is stretching out the FEC until after the election it is reasonable to assume that things will come out in the disclosure that are less than flattering to him.

Rubio’s folks must have had some rumors, but Trump is the only one with associates sleazy enough to get this crap published in his good friend’s tabloid. Still no proof, but Trump is always short on substance and long on B.S.

So you can make an accusation about Trump with no proof, yet take issue with the article stating it makes accusations with no proof...

You have no more proof that Trump is responsible for this being published than you do that story is not true.

Sad!

Cruz and his wife have been married almost 15 years.

As far as suing, the NE is very careful not to report this stuff as fact to avoid being sued.

Being married 15 years means nothing. How long have the Clintons been married now?

I'm sorry, even hinting at something they cannot prove leaves them open to a defamation suit, and defense to counter the defamation suit falls upon National Enquirer to prove they did not defame. In other words, if the National Enquirer does not have evidence to support the allegation they made in print then they lose the defamation suit.

As I understand the very strange realm of administrative law, non-compliance with bureaucratic regs/orders does not necessarily constitute a violation. I think it is very interesting that you have said that Cruz, a lawyer, has let the controversy go to the FEC's Enforcement Division.

Let's wait and see what happens.

While we are holding our breath: Do you really think Ben Carson is a child molester? Do you really think George Bush was responsible for 9-11? Do you really think Obamacare's endorsement by the SCOTUS was Cruz's fault?

Do you really believe all of the over-the-top stuff your D.C. Comix hero says? I don't. I think Trump is just an unusually nationalistic RINO with an unprecedented public foulness of the mouth.

I did not say it, it was in an article on Yahoo News. Yahoo News said that Calgary Ted was going the enforcement route because it would delay any outcome and disclosure of embarrassing information until after the election. No, I do not believe Carson is a molester and that is not what Trump said. Trump also did not say Bush was personally responsible for 9/11 any further than the president is responsible for stuff that happens in the country while he is president. The point was that 9/11 happened while Bush was president and since 3000 people died, Jeb! could not claim his brother kept us safe. I think Cruz pushed Roberts hard who failed to do the right thing twice, which is what Trump said there. Roberts gives you a good idea of the kind of people who Cruz knows personally and would put not he bench. I do not believe anything Lyin’ Ted says. He has been lying to me and other Texans since 2012. I do not see how anybody can believe the ineligible Canadian who lies as often as Obama, but that is just me.

It is Montgomery Blair Sibley, former lawyer for the D.C. Madam, Deborah Palfrey who is talking--not Trump. He is trying to publish the black book of the 15,000 pages of phone records and calls to clients, as well as their calls requesting the $300-an-hour sex services. So far, the U.S. Supreme Court has denied his effort to publish the book. However, the ruling is being appealed. The National Enquirer is just reporting what Sibley is telling them.

Actually, the secret list has not been published yet. Think it is names and SS numbers of 874 people, IIRC. What is around now is old files, released years ago and on the net for years too.
