1. Given the alternative, I'd rather be a survivor.
2. A "luxury cave" doesn't sound all that bad!
3. I expect that most of the billionaires would be old, fragile coots (often with nubile young wives). In view of that, I wonder how long it would take until the host of young, healthy maintenance workers, well-muscled security forces, and discontented kitchen workers necessary to run an operation of this kind simply seize the opportunity and take over.
The billionaires would thus soon find themselves back on the outside, along with the other scavengers.

VIVOS also claims “a year’s worth of food”. I would think several decades worth of food better be down there, for the price. .
Same with the millionaire/billionaire snowflakes who are buying up great tracts of ranchland in the West.
For one thing they may not be stupid but they almost always are bossy, greedy and selfish---they will tend to turn on each other even if no one else gets to them first.
But likely someone will get to them first. They have ranch managers, ranch workers, maintenance staff and all kinds of neighbors who are better with equipment, tools and weapons than they are.
Why should some highly-trained Chief of Security protect the lovely wife, daughters and bountiful property of the hedge fund genius when he could just as easily call them his own?
