It is unfortunate that neither Holder or Obama will have to stand trial for accessory to murder for the approval of the sale of the guns for their use as murder weapons. It is obvious they were going to be used so the Obama government in their infinite wisdom could identify them and catch the cartel people. The federal statues for capitol crimes is 5 years and Obama won’t loose his executive privilege until after he and the wife steal the white house towels going out. The crime was identified in 2010.

I had thought this for years, and then one of the weapons was actually discovered in the possession of El Chapo Guzman when he was recaptured.
As the what was the quid pro quo from the Sinaloa cartel . . . ??? Hmm. How about LOTS of $$$?
Call me a cynic, but I think money is probably behind a lot of inexplicable deals, also including the $150 billion to Iran. Obama will be very wealthy within a few years of leaving office, and Kerrey will be even wealthier than he is now.

IMHO the gun stores were forced to sell guns illegally to the cartels so 0 and his DOJ could swoop in, show proof the gun stores sold the weapons illegally, then use the constructed incident to attack our second amendment rights. At the very least be able to ban assualt weapons and high capacity mags. These folks are rotten to the core. If you believe something bad about them it is always worse in real life.
