I don't have a clue why you would say such a thing? Free Republic is the best place for conservative discussions on the internet. There is no other destination with as much to offer. Why should this subject be off limits. I doubt whether most people care a great deal about how much Ted gives to his church, except that it seems to be a bit contradictory considering the way that he has been portraying himself in this campaign. His surrogate, Glenn Beck has described him as the new “Moses”.

he may not claim his charitable deductions to the church and contrary to your lack of knowledge, tithing is not mandatory at all in the new testament. the more legalistic churches are the ones who try to force it and you can sure tell where their spiritual priorities are. $$$$$ many bible churches promote sacrificial giving and not telling the left hand what the right hand is doing—giving is between us and the Lord. What do you give to? oh and if we are being fair.....where are Donald’s TAX RETURNS. huh?
Can tithing ONLY be hard money? In my opinion tithing cam be of your time also. Ted fought the Veterans Flag Monument before the Supreme Court Pro-Bono.
