The USS Laffey now resides at Patriots Point in Charleston Harbor, If your down this way drop on in, you’ll be impressed
It is already on my bucket list. In the next few years I also want to see the WW I museum in KC, MO, the WW II museum in NOLA, The Navy Air Museum in Pensacola, the Air Force Museum at Wright-Pat and the Marine Corps Museum in Virginia. There are others, but those are at the top of the list. I've already seen everything at Pearl Harbor and the USS North Carolina.
