Then agree to whatever 0bama wants.
Ryan has no credibility on limiting government spending whatsoever.
They have given Obama virtually everything he has wanted for 8 years.
They’re about to do it again.
End it all. Every last dollar in every last program.
Yes there are some people who are legitimate users. But once a program gets created it morphs into a destructive monster.
