Police are looking for two suspects who stiffed a waitress on Tuesday evening.
That same waitress followed them out of the restaurant and jumped on their vehicle in an attempt to stop them from leaving.
However, she was thrown off of the car and injured.
Police say they are still searching for the suspects who were driving a gray vehicle.
The waitress was transported to the hospital and was treated and released.
When they give a description of the vehicle, but not the perp, you can count on him or her being black.
Don’t dine and dash!

For those who may not know, at many restaurants, if someone skips out on the bill, they take it out of the pay of the waiter or waitress. That’s why she was so insistent in going after them. It costs her money out of her own pocket if people stiff her.
When they said two men walked a restaurant tab it was just as obvious. Eating ninety percent of a plateful and then complaining about the food so the manager comps it, or just walking out on the bill, is almost custom for a certain segment of our society. The waitress should have just taken the license plate number for the police. Not worth getting put in the hospital, although the perps will now have an attempted murder charge to go with petty theft.
Yes, that is correct. The crime is also a felony, theft of service.
However, it is not a good idea to jump on a moving car.
Reminds me of a story a while back in which a woman and her husband witnessed a hit and run accident, but the woman jumped out of the car and onto the hood of the hit and run vehicle in order to try and stop it.
While she was on the hood of the car, she slipped down in front of it where she contacted the asphalt and was basically graded to death over a period of miles as the driver refused to halt.
There were pictures of a long red stain on the road where this happened.
Waitress was lucky this did not happen to her.
We didn’t even get “teens.”
This waitress was nuts. Why risk your life for a restaurant bill. Take the license number down and call the cops or 911.

I’ve never even sent a meal back to the kitchen in a restaurant, let alone stiffed them for a bill.
Gee, no description of the scum that stole the goods and attempted murder. Guess they were not white.

Most restaurants will give you one chance for a dine and dash, if it happens again you eat it!!! You have to be on top of watching your guests!!! It really sucks when something like this happens to a waitress!!!
