More likely to be misdiagnosed, if there's any real effort to diagnose at all, allowing the patient to die.

New Mexico doctors are adept at diagnosing it. The problem is that symptoms are flu-like which commonly will delay a patient going to a doctor or ER until it becomes serious, but by then it’s too late.
