If taxpayers are paying for anything that Congress cannot reasonably justify under any of the clauses in its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers, then the post-17th Amendment ratification Congress should never have appropriated taxes for it in the first place. Such taxes are arguably state revenues which corrupt Congress has stolen from the states in the form of unconstitutional taxes.
“Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump / Pence by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to not only support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will also put a stop to unconstitutonal federal taxes and unconstituionl federal interference in state affairs.

Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-igoring activist justices.

To: Amendment10

Sadly, the Constitution allows allocation of taxes to pay Debt. Even if the Debt was accrued from illegitimate spending of borrowed money.

It’s the perfect crime, and until that loophole is closed or the whole scam collapses, the US will continue to hemorrhage money.
