I finally figured this out a few years ago...fat, protein, veggies work for me. Have a friend whose 98 yr old mother ate lots of sugar, carbs...every one is different.
Yeah, one of my grandmothers lived to be 90 on beer, coffee, cigarettes, and chocolate covered cherries. Go figure.
