It’s weird... I did low-carb and went from 145 to 120, but then I couldn’t get any lower. I switched to vegan and went to 115. I dunno.
I went low-carb and went from 297 to 215. I then gained some of it back, but I’ve been stable at 235 fit a few years, now.
The body will take its own time to heal and will seek its optimal operational weight. The optimal thing is to keep your blood sugar level normal. Check out “Wheat Belly”.
