Austin is also one of the few towns where the cops absolutely turn their heads to open marijuana usage and you get to see some of the wierdest people on earth walking around. It’s liberal lalaland. I was down there one time and a guy was walking around with cape on and nothing on underneath and he would drape it around himself but then allow his genitals to show when young men and women walked by. He was wearing a weird tophat on top of that. it was California in Texas. I wanted to beat the $hip out of the weirdo because I knew what he was doing but I didn’t want to go to jail over it.
