It does look funny, look at the lighting on Zero’s head and Cruz’s face, and the weird blurring at the back of Zero’s head.
Ted has done enough harm to his career without help from a photo-shopper.
It's not photoshopped. Cruz actually did go on AF1 with Obama to Dallas for the memorial. I believe word got out before they went that Cruz accepted Obama's invitation. I think there's even video out there somewhere.
