"According to the press release, in 2015, “CNN was selected by the FAA as one of the first three industry ‘Pathfinders’ to develop safe uses of UAS in newsgathering."

While I support the development of this kind of technology in principle, there’s a major constitutional problem with the FAA’s actions imo.

More specifically, and military issues aside, given that the states have never amended the Constitution to allow the existance of the FAA, the FAA another deceptive front-end for corrupt Congress, the issue of this thread is another example of the unconstitutionally big federal government once again expanding its powers outside the framework of the Constitution imo.

James Madison and Thomas Jefferson had warned patriots to keep an eye on the feds concerning this type of expansion.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump / Pence by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will put a stop to unconstitutonal federal inteference in state affairs.

Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
