Webcams, PowerShell, now BSODs trying to talk to a Kindle. This feels like amateur hour on a brand-new development effort, not update releases from a company with a 30-year-old product.
People will live. Just like when it happens on other OSs.
These things are relatively minor, but because it’s MS, all the usual drama queens have their meltdowns because the name of the game is to scream and yell whenever something like this happens with Windows.
MS has already said that ta fix for PowerShell is coming in 5 days. Since the few people that use it in professional environments dont just apply updates in the first day (at least you shouldn’t), they aren’t going to be affected.
The Amazon device and webcams will likely require some driver upgrade from the respective companies.
