Tens of Thousands Projected to See Trump in Colorado as He Takes Lead in State over Hillary
Breitbart ^ | 10/2/2016 | Matthew Boyle

DENVER, Colorado — Tens of thousands of people are expected to come out to see Donald J. Trump, the Republican nominee for president, over the course of two events just added to his campaign schedule on Monday in the all-important battleground state of Colorado.

Compared with Hillary Clinton, his rival and the Democratic nominee for president who has all but abandoned the state as Trump takes the lead in polling, that’s a significant amount. Clinton had trouble filling a small venue the last time she was in Colorado in early August.

“The last time Hillary Clinton was in Colorado was in early August,” Trump’s Colorado state director Patrick Davis told Breitbart News on Sunday night. “She had trouble filling a high school auditorium in Commerce City. We expect thousands of people in Pueblo and tens of thousands in Loveland tomorrow.”

Colorado’s nine electoral votes make it one of the most critical battleground states, and the last time a Republican won the state in the presidential election was George W. Bush in both 2000 and 2004. Barack Obama, the outgoing current Democratic president, won in both 2008 and 2012, defeating John McCain and Mitt Romney in those respective contests.

Trump, according to the RealClearPolitics polling average, has taken a slight lead in Colorado over Clinton of a half a percent with momentum at his back. The latest Breitbart News Network/Gravis Marketing survey from Colorado has Trump up four points over Clinton, just outside the survey’s margin of error.

The NYTimes will be queuing up an editorial about how Colorado is no longer relevant to Presidential elections, just like they did with Ohio.

“Trump, according to the RealClearPolitics polling average,”

Why does anyone waste a second of their time on this “average of OLD polls”?

The “Pony Express” was more timely.

PLUS it averages together a bunch of RIGGED polls with a few accurate polls.

I did a quick search for “colorado” + “battleground state”.

Colorado Public Radio had already declared CO to no longer be a battleground state in May when it looked like Trump was to be the nominee, and therefore CO was a sure thing for HRC.

It sure would be fun to see them say in the next few days or weeks that it’s still not a battleground state, but now that Trump’s in the lead, it doesn’t matter.

Trump’s campaign said they they’ll fight hard for Colorado. Clinton’s people say the same thing. Steve Welchert, a longtime Democratic strategist, said there’s a reason for that.

“I don’t see a roadmap to the White House without going through Colorado, for either party, it’s just not possible,” said Welchert.

Trump wins in FL, OH (very likely now) and PA is his roadmap to the Whitehouse.

Democrats are ceding OH to Trump, so DEMS now need CO, not Trump.

The map is slowly turning in Trump’s favor.

Dumb statement. We’re only 9 electoral votes. We’re at the bottom half of the list of States.

Every state is important for Mr. Trump, even 9 electoral votes.

But it seems to be the true key state, after OHIO, is going to be North Carolina, my state. That’s why the Clintonistas and the Obamas continue to come here and continue to run their lying ads here.

Please come back to NC, Mr. Trump. And please run ads here.

We have a gubernatorial race that is also very very close but the Republican incumbant is trailing in the msm polls - and it’s all about House Bill 2 - the transgender bathroom banning law. If Governor McCrory loses and the Dem Cooper takes Clinton with him to victory, we could lose the Presidency all over a bathroom issue!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe they ceded OH because that man who found tens of thousands of Hillary ballots in that abandon warehouse, and they knew their plans for OH were f$%^ after that.

It’s a good point. I thought about that.

I wonder if they saw that they were losing so bad, even those fake votes wouldn’t change it, so they directed their flunkie to dump the boxes somewhere.

The thing is, they have to win OH and Florida. Meanwhile, Trump may offset an OH loss with a Michigan win plus another state that wasn’t supposed to be in play. The Gov of PA is quite confident that his state is going to Trump.

“The Gov of PA is quite confident that his state is going to Trump.”

I haven’t heard that, but it’s good news.

It used to be (a month ago) “Trump has no path to electoral victory”...

Now, it’s looking harder and harder for Hillary to have a path to electoral victory.

Without OH or FL her ONLY chance is PA.
