agreed. We have to vote Republican straight ticket this election. We don’t want her as president but we definitely don’t want her having a Democratic congress right out of the gate. We need more fighters in congress, not fewer.

Actually, you have a decent point there.

no worries Fan. there is life after the uniparty. as an independent or “decline to state” or whatever you get to hide from the pollsters and their statistics and inflict maximum damage in general elections continuously—making them and the msm look like fools.

you also get the peace that comes with belonging to God, Country, Family and Friends alone. You might even want to become your own general, fund your own candidates directly and call your own shots like us tea “party” types. as for a new national political party, the existing structure has to be destroyed for that to happen. you’ll have to be patient for that but trump is doing a great job starting that process right now. may God bless you.

I imagine that if Ryan/Cornyn/McConnell get their way a new party will form very quickly from the Trump supporters. And hopefully a new television network can be set up to rival CNN/MSNBC/FoxNews.

I wonder how long it will take the GOP House reps to realize they are losing their base of support.

Agree with the posters who say take over the Republican party.

The GOPe has the money but is rapidly losing the voters.

The GOPe has had to resort to some really sleazy and underhanded dirty tricks to defeat promising Tea Party candidates in the primaries.

Look at the guy who challenged RINO Mitch McConnell in Kentucky. He lost to McConnell, but then was able to win the governor’s race.

We just need good candidates who will run on putting America first, and they can defeat the open borders GOPe even against heavy funding.

Don’t go anywhere. Stay and be the establishments worst enemy. Abstain when necessary in the general elections from voting GOPe but by all means vote in the primaries against GOPe interests. The GOPe want to move the party left but they won’t be able to pull it off with millions of ankle biters attacking them. LOL.

We complete Trumps victory and remake the party. There is no real alternative as we are at end of day a 2-party system. You are with the Republicans or you are with the Democrats. Anything else is simply martyrdom and wasting time.

Either Trump wins or we continue stirring the pot with DJT Jr. or some other non career politician. We can’t lose. LOL. The GOPe of Bush-Romney and Ryan is dead. It will never win national office again.

No, we don’t. The GOPe is not respecting the will of the voters and campaigning against Trump. I have no intention of being a slave on the GOP plantation and enabling those bastards. The House is safe. The Senate is gone. Either on election day or by backstabbing GOPe. No reason not to vote your conscience as Cruz would say. LOL.

If Trump loses, then it's all over. Don't worry about politics any more. Enjoy your life. Travel. Spend time with friends. Get a hobby. Play golf. Exercise. Have you been to the Grand Canyon or Glacier National Park? Go Galt.

The Left will have prevailed and they will cement their victory forever with amnesty for tens of millions of illegals and millions more newcomers from the Third World.

Non-Lefist politicians will never win again.

If Trump wins, then there is still a small sliver of hope. If that's the case, I'm waiting until the second year of his first term to see if America can still come back.

It's not really a matter of LEAVING the Rep party, but CHANGING the Rep party. I'm 65 now and have been conservative all my life. The Rep party started in my life as the RINO Rockefeller party that basically said I want a tax cut and I don't care about the rest. They NEVER won anything. Then came the Silent Majority phase and Dixiecrats breaking off with G. Wallace. The party started to change with Christians standing against segregation and abortion a little later. The Viet Nam war came and we got the patriots and the Dems got the flag burners and dope head commies. By this time, we started to win some races. The Kennedy/King assassinations started a serious attempt to regulate guns so we got the gun people. After years of an uneasy alliance, the RINO's raised their weak heads on they wobbly spines again. The the Tea Party movement appeared. The RINO's, of course, pooh poohed the barbarians at the gate at their own peril and the Tea Party replaced many of the RINO's with regular Americans conservatives. The Tea Party has been relegated to the ash heap, but the people are still there and still mad.

The time is now for the Rep party to decide which direction they are willing to go. IMO, if the RINO's don't accept the real conservatives, the conservatives will start a new party, insuring the Rep won;t win anything again. The Libertarians THINK they have the answer, but it will NEVER amount to anything but a dope smoking anarchy party. The Tea Party wants a tax cut, but they are also Christians that don't want men in their daughters dressing rooms. Their are over 300 million guns in America. Even Dems are nervous about losing the 2nd Amendment. Then we have the patriots that love the troops and don't burn flags and don't spit on cops.

The Repubs need to think about their futures right NOW! They will NEVER win again if they can't figure out what America wants and build a coalition soon. You don't have to kill babies to get women's vote. You don't have to give food stamps to get the black vote.

Just think about the "union" vote hearing Trump talk about a redo on NAFTA. Conservatives have the high ground, but we look ridiculous right now with our circular firing squad.

The time for a new party is NOW, whether it's the New Rep party or the New Tea Party, but it cannot remain the RINO party.

I’m all in favor of dismantling the GOPe, I just don’t think 2016 is the proper time for it. AFAIC, we’re still in this to win it and we need to keep fighting like hell for at least 28 more days. Bottom line, we’re fighting for the constitution and nothing else is a higher priority. I understand your anger though. I am about as pissed off as man can be right now.

Well, if it’s a nationalist party you want to start, count me out. As a conservative I strongly believe in the federalism and constitutionalism this union was founded on, and which nationalism of course is the very anti-thesis of. Nationalism is, in short, anti-Americanism. Maybe if you’re one of these big-government nationalist agrarian-populist progressives I keep hearing about, you could look into restarting the People’s Party from the late 1800’s - or you could just vote for Hillary, since she supports your big-government agenda.

And which GOPe-supporting donor gave over $65,000 to McConnell in his race against Bevin, pray tell? Come one now, I’m sure you know the answer.
