I forgot about the UMC being like Muslims with respect to abstinence from alcohol. No such thing is required in the Bible, although drunkenness is condemned for sure.

I think they (the UMC) may have softened their stance from their temperance days, and as you point out, abstinence is not required by the bible but drunkenness is condemned.
There are videos of Clinton drunk so that is why I suspect that she is a lush. (crossed the line into drunk)
I am Catholic so do not know their exact modern position, but it is safe to say that Clinton is not a practicing Methodist at least as revealed by her actions.
