I think they were reclassified to compensate for the illegal redaction of markings by Huma et al. That is, they were restored to their original classification.
Not only where they classified, but they were being sent to the President and he knew about the servers, phones and lap tops, that is why they didn’t charge her, they would have to remove the President and the V.P.; and we certainly do not want Paul Ryan any where near the Oval Office anymore than we want another Clinton...

After they became aware of the investigation, the FBI and State Dept, it came out earlier today, had colluded to down-classify emails which, if unmodified, would have made Illery culpable.
So some of the instances of “upwards” classification [sic] were probably instances in which those emails were simply RETURNED to their original classification states.
I don’t have a link for that story, but it is a very important one from today.
If Hillary launches an email on a topic involving National Security, she ORIGINATED a de facto classified document. She thought there was a little server monkey that would sit inside her private server and mark it classified for her. There are about 25 or more that are STILL so classified that NO ONE can see them and have been sealed. She can claim she did not send email MARKED classified, and that may very well be true, but the national security content of her UNMARKED email is in fact CLASSIFIED. If found later, it was likely THEN classified.
Nothing short of a complete scouring of dc will suffice.
She doesn’t know what classified means but she’ll be able to run the government and deal with the nuke codes. DUCK N COVER!
The normal reason would be to protect executive privilege, or to mask something mentioned that resulted in other confidential action.
The reason her stuff was classified later is probably not that.

Those emails do not belong to Illary! Those emails are public records that belong to us the American people. Illary destroyed public records plain and simple.
Difficult to answer without confusing. "Classified" denotes different levels of damage to national interest that would occur should particular information be released (compromised). Levels of classification include, Confidential, Secret, Top Secret, and beyond. The nature of the information makes it classified. Level of classification is determined by an Original Classification Authority (OCA).
The Secretary of State is an Original Classification Authority. Every piece of information the Secretary of State deals with is considered classified until it is formally designated; Unclassified, Confidential, Secret, Top Secret, or beyond. That is why the Secretary of State is required to use only government secured communications systems.
In Hillary Clinton's case she set up an illegal unsecured electronic communications systems in violation of federal law. Every piece of information processed by that system was by definition compromised. This included e-mails that had already been formally classified but extracted, and raw information that was by its content classified.
Compromising this information alone, and it was all compromised, requires prison. Because it was willfully done by Hillary Clinton and her minions it is prima facie evidence of treason.
Make no mistake, Hillary and her minions knew exactly what they were doing. They knowingly and willfully compromised classified information. They are all traitors!
How about the Inspector General be given the opportunity to REVIEW each and every email that has been upgraded to classified. Team Hitlary would NEVER agree to let that happen because then SHE'D BE BUSTED.
I'll bet ANY emails between 0dungheap and Hitlary are classified in order to prevent anyone from seeing it.

Trump needs to make the plain argument.
Hillary is not to be trusted with the presidency.
She cant recall most of what went on during her SoS tenure, by her own depositions.
She had no idea setting up a private unsecured server in a home closet sending official state dept emails across it was even a potential security risk.
She had no idea what the C on top of state dept document emails meant despite swearing she went through all security training which we later found out she did not complete.
She thought that removing security headers off classified state dept email docs made the documents unclassified and safe to send, even though the actual documents containing the classified info remained the same. She instructed her staff to strip these offf so they could send the docs out via the unsecured server accounts to other people.
Now we see all these emails between her lawyers and state dept people discussing how to hide all this activity from congressional requests looking into her security lapses.
We see an fbi director, who was a clinton foundation board member and donor prior, get up and confirm her terrible security mistakes and errors, which everyone else would call crimes and be locked up for, and inexplicably give her a pass. Because we now know obama and clinton were emailing each other on this unsecured server, and to prosecute her, comey would have to prosecute obama as well. And he wants to live at the end of the day, so the american people get justice denied, again.
