I don’t.
I care that “acceptance”, indeed “lauding” of gays is being forced on people with a Christian conscience. But I could not care less where some gay guy wants to put his tab as long as it’s with a consenting adult.
Endorsing godless immorality is not healthy in any sense of the word.
