These docs are not suppose to be declassified until 2041. Someone inside the FBI leaked them.

It was released Oct. 30. Nobody noticed it until today when they dumped the CF info.
Btw, the CF says it’s the ‘initial’ release. So the FBI is going to do a Wikileaks-style multi-day info drop in the middle of the last week of the campaign. !
