I am a huge supporter of States Rights and the 10th Amendment and I hate to see the Federal government tyrannize the states in any way, but the Second Amendment is a flat out right guaranteed by the Constitution and should apply to EVERY US citizen EVERYWHERE.

There is no contradiction in your stance. Article Ten says that those rights not enumerated by the Constitution are left to the states and the Second Amendment is specifically enumerated.

The right to keep and bear arms applies in all the USA and territories there of just as much as the other eight do.

Agree. There is no Tenth Amendment violation here. States are forbidden by the Constitution from violating the RKBA.
