UW colors are the Red, correctly, and White, which they need to replace.

Damon Sajnani This joker is an assistant professor. That is lowest rank of professor, and he does not have tenure. He can and should be fired immediately.
If I took a job at a university (I have the qualifications) and taught a course on "The problem of Blackness", I would expect to be fired.

I have a Ph.D. I will never work for a university. They don’t care about the truth anymore. I think there money is going to dry up all the way. Then, they will be gone.

The Uni bidness model is totally antiquated. A maximum bubble they are at.

I am an alumni. I haven't given the UW a dime since they tried to prevent Resident Assistants from hosting in-dorm Bible studies a decade ago. Obviously they don't need money from Christians. Guess they don't need money from whites either.

How about a course called “Joe McCarthy was right”?

God bless this legislator. It is way past time that the lack of the “diversity” of ideas in our colleges and universities be addressed with legislation against discrimination regarding anyone’s skin color. We have let this travesty go on for far too long. Tenure needs to go. Non-academics do not have tenure, so they cannot behave in these ridiculous ways. Far too many of our children in college are in brain washing factories while those same children get student loans which will bankrupt them for a lifetime as they pay for that injury to their future happiness and security. If anything, our time will be looked upon as the true age of insanity and the finger will be pointed back to the propaganda which has it’s genesis in our current educational system.

Can you imagine the gnashing of teeth if a conservative university, say Liberty or something similar, offered courses entitled, “The Problems with Blackness”, or “Black Privilege in America”, or “The Problems with Islam”, or “Islamic Terror in America”, etc? Every source of funding would be pulled, liberals would be on CNN 24/7, and people would be losing their jobs.

Democrats have an agenda to promote racism and division at all costs. That is certainly worth saying twice!

"The Problem With Whiteness" sounds very divisive. Although to the savants, I suppose it's just white disaffirmation and a salutary, necessary adjustment. How to think, how to speak...they know best!
To: Olog-hai
The problem with whiteness is that it is as much a culture definitive of America as it is an ethnic group. And cultures can be shared and spread outside of said ethnic group. In fact, it's not 'White Culture', it's American culture, and any committed patriot can be an American.
But just for the haters (spitting sound):
For everyone else, welcome brothers and sisters.

Apparently all they won’t teach is what students need to land a job afterwards. I was talking to a convenience store clerk the other day; she was bemoaning her tens of thousands of dollars in college debt, and she majored in “theater”. She’ll be in debt for the rest of her life, and I’m sure will vote Democrat in every ensuing election to get rid of the debt...

How long until there is a course offering a final solution to that whiteness problem? That's exactly where things are heading.
