The real lesson here is not that Jews, even reasonably intelligent Jews can and will eagerly submit to a campaign of disinformation and turn out to support people who are far more diabolical than the supposedly reasonably intelligent Jew might perceive.
The lesson is that VERY VERY intelligent Jews can and will eagerly turn out to support those who ultimately turn into their mortal enemies because the chisel-edge logic an Alan Dershowitz would apply to any legal analysis is glaringly missing from their analysis of whom to trust.
And as has been discussed dozens of times in this forum, whether it is because of leftover impressions from the 30’s and 40’s when labor unions represented the downtrodden or the shallow impressions of the 50’s and 60’s when Republicans could get into country clubs and Jews could not; it is a product of seriously defective and shallow bumper-sticker thinking, if it’s thinking at all, and a willful blindness that comes from the guilt and “common cause with the downtrodden” thing. The truth is that Jews have had and have known they have had mortal, vile enemies from the earliest moments in their history. This, they forget. What they remember, is how their folks sympathized with the righteous causes from the 30’s and 40’s.....when they were initially duped by the Communists and other leftists. They have zero excuse for forgetting that from the earliest moments in recorded history they have been duped by their various enemies in the Arab/Persian/Turkish world. They think this goes away if they feel sympathy towards some urban ferals who would cut their throats just as quickly as any Arab.
They are total fools in their revisionist, “enlightened” secular intellectualism.
