Looks like somebody is starting to realize they are becoming an embarrassment to themselves

Good news. I never entertained a doubt that Dubya would attend.

So when is Obama’s farewell address?

After or before Trump’s speech.

I expect The Won will have to be pried from the viewing stand.

Rumor said Bibi would like to attend.
Park his chair directly behind Barky’s...

I honestly don’t care whether George Bush attends this inauguration or not. He is history and should remain history. I hope he keeps up his tradition of keeping his mouth shut about the current president’s policies.

“The decision makes Bush the second living president to attend Trump’s inauguration ceremonies.”

All the dead ones will be there?

It is bad when a very old Jimmy Carter has better reflexes than you do.

I am not a fan of W at all, indeed I think that, along with his father, he was the most destructive and failed Republican president since at least Harding, perhaps longer. Most of the massive economic and foreign policy failures of the past 28 years can be said to at least in part come out of the abject failures of Bush 1&2.

But he made the correct decision here.

...the Bushes are “pleased to be able to witness the peaceful transfer of power — a hallmark of American democracy

It took them long enough to figure that out.

Question is......will Yebbie show up.

Also:

President Bill Clinton has not announced whether he will attend the event after Trump’s contentious presidential race against his wife, Hillary Clinton

This is out there to keep Hillary from throwing lamps etc at Bill. I believe the ‘bent one’ is secretly relieved. Some of the stupid remarks he made during the campaign were definitely NOT helpful to her heinous.

You didn’t vote for him.

Well, big whoop.

He doesn’t want to witness the swearing in of President Donald J. Trump, the 45th president of the United States. He wants to witness the peaceful transfer of power. Ok there, W.

Dubya is class. There are many challenges and hard feelings during and after any political run. Dubya knows this due to his years of experience with his dad and his own career.

I am sure the Bush family was upset about Jeb’s primary results, but I have a hunch that, in their heart of hearts, they did not want him to attempt this in the first place.

I am so happy to know Dubya and Laura will be there, and I think we can all live without having to endure the presence of the Clinton’s. I truly hope they opt out of this inauguration.

Hopefully Laura is some help to Melania and Ivanka because I think Michael will disappear to a warm secluded mansion with full buffet and unlimited drinks

let’s see. I think Trump should invite Anthony Weiner, all the bimbos that Bill assaulted, Julian Assange, Bibi Netanyahu, Marine Le Penn, Geert Wilders, NigelFarage, et al.

Finally saw a flash of the light - he knows he let us down in a lot of ways then made an ass of himself (along with the rest of the Bush clan) during the campaign. Maybe he can stand next to Cruz so they can compare notes. Cruz still has a chance to redeem himself but it will take a consistent, long-term effort - I still refuse to donate to his reelection campaign....maybe next time, if there is one.
