I don't think they actually want President Trump impeached. They just want him weakened. It's attacking his legitimacy and raising money, just like the vacuous attacks on President George W. Bush.
This was their way of knocking Trump out in the campaign, and now it's for getting Trump impeached after he takes office...

This whole 'story' was a rewrite of an investigation done on HILLARY and OBAMA back during their DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY. Both 'sides' were trying to find proof that the other was using 'foreign influence' to win the primary and be the DEM CANDIDATE during the 2012 election.
