FULL TITLE: Mother is only given PROBATION for raping her daughter's 13-year-old boyfriend after she asked him 'What are you doing with a body like that at 13?'
A mother has been given probation and been spared jail despite pleading guilty to raping her daughter's 13-year-old boyfriend.
Elaine B. Goodman from Dover, Delaware had faced up to 15 years in prison for having sex with the youngster and asking him: 'What are you doing with a body like that at 13?'
But during a hearing at Kent County Superior Court, she avoided jail after the judge said Goodman she showed remorse and also took into account she was in charge if taking care of her elderly parents.
Instead she was given two years probation after it was ruled that it was just an 'abberation'.
Goodman, 44, was first arrested in November 2015 after Smyrna Police received reports of her having an inappropriate relationship with the 13-year-old.
She was then charged with third and fourth-degree rape, unlawful sexual contact, and sexual solicitation of a child and held at Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Center.
Court documents said: 'During the investigation detectives determined that Goodman had contact through text messages with her daughter's boyfriend and on the night of March 15, 2015 Goodman met with the male victim and engaged in a sexual relationship.'

What women don’t understand (not their fault, how could they) is that a boy that age and higher will usually become utterly infatuated with the woman to a dangerous degree.

Her sex crime is bad enough. The other issue is she stole her daughter’s boyfriend. Her daughter probably can’t trust her Mom’s judgement anymore. “Why don’t you bring your new boyfriend home so I can meet him over dinner? What? Did I say something wrong?”

The reason she got probation is because most 13 year old boys fantasize about having sex with the mothers of some of their friends.
I didn’t read the article, but I assume the woman got caught because the boy bragged about it to his friends.
I am not suggesting this kind of activity should be legal.
But, the only time heterosexual boys have psychological damage from an episode like this is AFTER their parents file a lawsuit.
