The segment, which aired Sunday evening, was taped at the White House Friday, the same day Trump signed an executive order banning Syrian refugees indefinitely and closing US doors to visitors from seven predominantly Muslims countries.
During the interview, the president pledged to give priority to Christians applying for refugee status, saying it had been easier for Muslim people to get into the United States than for Christians. Available evidence, however, shows that the US admitted 37,521 Christian refugees and 38,901 Muslim refugees in 2016.
Trump's CBN interview came after the mogul denied that his executive actions represented a Muslim ban, and while protests took place across the nation against the immigration order.

Have any of these people realized that the Christian church was founded in the Middle East? Ancient churches and the people who attended them for generations have been wiped out
Who writes it? People who flunked out of journalism school.
Most European churches have self-neutered themselves as if they were in China and having to conform to the dictates of a communist regime; while European governments no doubt welcomed these moves, they came not by coercion but just from cowardice. It is hard to see how these organizations are anything other than social agencies for political correctness, what if any connection they have to God or Jesus Christ remains very much open to question.

It is no secret who writes this stuff. It is those who have gone a long way toward their dream of diminishing the US in favor of globalism and socialism who see Christianity as a barrier to any kind of hedonism you can think of. I have visited Europe and I saw beautiful cathedrals, mostly empty of worshipers. When you see other nations trying to force changes in our system of government, you know they are trying to foment revolution in the US. It is a small group of people doing this, probably paid for by Soros, and the “ministry of propaganda” (MSM) is ignorantly a part of this. Our President has been in office only a few days and now judges are trying to overrule his administration as he moves to make us safe and protect our own people! I read yesterday that the one judge who was trying to block President Trump’s executive order is a close buddy of Charles Shumer. How dirty will they get is the question? The people who elected President Trump must stay vigilent for those who are coming after our President and our form of government are “powers and principalities” not of this world.

But the numbers tell a different story: The United States has accepted 10,801 SYRIAN REFUGEES, of whom 56 ARE CHRISTIAN. Not 56 percent; 56 TOTAL, out of 10,801. That is to say, ONE HALF OF ONE PERCENT.
The BBC says that 10 percent of all Syrians are Christian, which would mean 2.2 million Christians. It is quite obvious, and President Barack Obama and Secretary John Kerry have acknowledged it, that Middle Eastern Christians are an especially persecuted group.
So how is it that one-half of 1 percent of the Syrian refugees we’ve admitted are Christian, or 56, instead of about 1,000 out of 10,801—or far more, given that they certainly meet the legal definition?
The definition: someone who “is located outside of the United States; is of special humanitarian concern to the United States; demonstrates that they were persecuted or fear persecution due to race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group.”

You are exactly right. Their churches have been rendered helpless through political correctness. What a shame to have such beautiful cathedrals but little spiritual life inside.

Christians (real) don’t go around killing because someone they don’t believe in Jesus or Jehovah, raping women, stoning women, enslaving people as their personal servants because they don’t believe I their false god, etc... That’s why....
But they'll sure take anyone's money whether it be Christians, Muslims, corporations, charitable organizations, etc... Wouldn't surprise me one iota if Soros has donated to some of these churches with some stipulations...
