We need a law that a district judge cannot speak for the entire nation. That power granted to hundreds around the nation is ignorant. At most their district should be all that is covered and any contradicting ruling in any other district should automatically raise the issue to the next higher court
We also need a law that requires any district court judge who tries to overthrow our laws, violate separation of powers, and fundamentally undermine our legal system to be impeached immediately.
