They sell lobster rolls in New England.

I’ll admit, I’ve never had one at McDonald’s but I was surprised to see it. (I’ve seen them advertised in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine)

This is my first crab season after moving out of San Francisco, winter is very nice there and we would take them out back on the picnic table and a hammer and go to town, my french wife would make a nice mayonnaise we would have champagne - good times.

Only in Kalifornistan would they make a sandwich out of them, although monkeys seem to eat them

Crab has much more flavor than lobster. But it is a PITA to eat a fresh one (as opposed to packaged crab meat).

I like salmon and steelhead. But crab is 100 times better.

I don’t do seafood. Tuna fish salad is as exotic as I get.

People here used to be able to get all the crabs and other nasties, they wanted from the skanks across the line at the Oklahoma bars.

Kept the physicians here busy.

Crab is sweet and delectable. Nothing like tuna. I could eat crab meat all day long.

Costco sells really good giant crab legs. Lots of meat, easily obtained after cutting the shell open with a scissors. Much more satisfying and better than struggling to get meat from a small crab.

Maybe I’ve never gone to the right restaurants to buy cooked crab.
I’m one of those folks who does not want to deal with all the work of cracking open Crab or Lobster and then having to pick out the shards. No thank you. Too much toil and fussiness for me.
De-Shelled Shrimp or Prawns, I’m always ready for, always!
Everyone’s different. Some like eating steamed clams and oysters because that often happens in a fun setting, say a campfire at the beach with friends and light wine.
