No , in Hawaii the Governor appoints the State AG
That;s the case here .
He can only be removed by an act of the State Senate , at the Gov’s direction

Most of the Democrat politicians and appointees are crazy as volcano crap. The island is a drug heaven and haven for mainland “hippies”, “millenials”, “freeloaders”, and wackjobs (you should see who is in their environmental movements).

Let’s hope the State AG loses his lawsuit and is fired for wasting the state’s taxpayers money.
