Three would-be robbers were shot and killed Monday when an Oklahoma homeowner's son opened fire on them with an AR-15, authorities said.
Wagoner County sheriff's deputies were called to the home in Broken Arrow, southeast of Tulsa at around 12:30 p.m. local time. When they arrived, they found the three dead suspects and two uninjured residents.

One story says the homeowners son is 19 the other story states that he is 23.

Perps carrying a knife and brass knuckles. Ages 16-18. Break in during broad daylight to an occupied home. Increasing burglaries occurring in that neighborhood, over the last few months.
Dumb kids. Consequences are out of their realm of possibility. “Pay to play” and “biting off more than you can chew” are thought only as catchy phrases.

Never argue with the ticked off homeowner's son while he's got an AR-15 trained on your a$$. It's a time for being apologetic and non-confrontational, not screaming at the victim that he's a racist SOB because he won't give you his stuff.

Pittsburgh PA station did a story a few years ago. Over 300 home invasions that year. Majority were someone knocking on the door of an elderly person’s home then forcing their way in when the homeowner answers.
The driver will be charged with murder in the deaths of her accomplices.

1)" I was in fear of my life (or life of an innocent other)"
2) "I can't breath and need medical attention"
and 3) "I'll be happy to help your investigation BUT ONLY WITH MY ATTORNEY PRESENT, after I'm checked out at the hospital".
