I really don’t believe much of this garbage. Any good CEO will often have advisors with wildly divergent opinions so even if there is some friction between elements of the inner circle (Big If) it should be a positive to the discussion.

The more concerning element in all of this is Ivanka. As anyone who knows me on this forum, I’m all in for Trump and trust him to do what is right. I think his first few months have been decidedly conservative, in fact, more so than even the sainted Reagan. But Ivanka worries me only because it is well known that of all the Trump children she holds the most sway with him. And as a parent, it is often difficult to not be influenced by your kid. Jared doesn’t bother me, Ivanka does. But...that said, I’ve got to trust Trump on this. He hasn’t disappointed me yet.

Divergent opinions, okay. Divergent goals, hell no. I hope I'm wrong, but I'm concerned that Trump has cabinet members and WH staff and advisors who share opposite goals concerning key issues.

Some want to build the wall, some don't

Some want get tough on trade and rework key agreements, and some don't.

Some want to stay out of most foreign entanglements, some want to jump in head first.

There are others.

Administrations do not need key people working for opposite goals and results on critical issues.

I'm afraid that might be the case, but hope it isn't.

Time will tell.
