At least there won’t be a traffic jam. (People pulling carts doesn’t count)
I was watching some documentary on NK last night. The HUGE roads in the capital with a few people walking, and a couple of cabs going past per minute. I thought “Well - at least the roads are good for their military parades.”
Little did I realize that they were built that way for evacuation!
