I currently live in a city of a quarter million, and we only have four Chick-fil-As. Whenever I go by one during the hours when they are open, the places are packed with happy customers. I don’t think that would be the case if they promoted hate.
If they built more stores here, I’m sure they would generate a profit. Heck, when I lived in Orlando, it seemed like every suburb or neighborhood had at least one.
