CBS has already declared the guy guilty. Within the video there’s a good still of this gal’s throatpunch to the guy. She’s playing little miss innocent spectator, but it should be noted that Stanislaus county is not Davis, it’s the area between 99/5 centered on Modesto, Turlock and points central valley, so Thunderdome girly is a long way from home.

ok, here’s a bit on the guy. He comments ‘when I got back from Iraq” so a vet? He’s also a Stanislaus student, so I’m guessing girly knew him since, Surprise!, someone was distributing “stalking behavior” flyers against him on campus.
