Where I live in a rural area Verizon has the best coverage, but pricey. So I went with a Page Plus plan (sold by Walmart and online) which runs on the Verison network but costs less than half.
Churn is the nature of the business, a year ago Sprint was on the losing end, so they got aggressive and went after Verizon’s customers. Next year it will be different.
Verizon is expensive and has the best coverage. Glad to know that Walmart’s phone, Page Plus, uses the Verizon coverage.
I had T-Mobile for ten years and then moved to Metro PCS on the T-Mobile coverage. Fine for $30 a month.
Getting the seniors in my family off Frontier cable tv is impossible. They watch about 15 channels (Fox, Hallmark, OAN, KCET, etc.) and pay for 500. Sad.
It was more like 3 years ago I believe. Prior to that point I had been a decade long Verizon patron. Sprint lured me away, saved me money and gave me unlimited data. Still happy. I expect more Verizon defections simply because I recall my frequent and useless attempts at customer service with them. Sorry but I can no longer hear Verizon.
