Just Got Called from (800) 611-2975 concerning RNC and the "Presidential Advisory Board"
I know this is basically a money raising strategy, but I could not find that incoming number registered anywhere.
Is this a legit RNC number?
Ignore it-——that’s what I do to ALL incoming calls of that type.
.
Not legit. Known spammer number.
Spam, Phishing, scammer............................ignore and block as necessary..............
Searched the number on google. Several reports say it’s a scam.
This is scam.
It’s a spammer. Whenever you get a call like that, just put the number into your search engine and the opinions of many other phone owners will pop up immediately.
Who cares? You’d give to the RNC?
What really upsets me is all of my whitehouse.gov and Trump email wasa automatically sent to my SPAM folder on GMAIL.
They are actually trying to block legit Trump sites and email.
See this is really odd.
I received this BLACK card via snail mail from the RNC “Presidential Advisory Board”.
They wanted a donation of at least 35$ to a member of the “Presidential Advisory Board”.
Then I received this follow call this week from 800-611-2975, they actually mentioned the mail that I received on the phone call.
So it would have to be a 2 pronged scam.
First the snail mail and then the follow up call.
Wow, that is the most complex scam I have experienced yet.
It really is a scam. The bulk mailers are just to make it look legit.................
I added the number to my call blocker.
Support “Conservatives” whom YOU have vetted.
None of this “fill the RINO bucket” crap for me!
Hey, I got my black card too. I saved it and threw the rest away. Figured I might whip the card out sometime and impress my friends.
I’m on the Board...
it’s a DC number on my card...202 863-8743
I found complaints about this number when I did a search on Bing. I don’t trust or answer any phone numbers I don’t know, or any that don’t provide caller ID. If they make a pest of themselves, I block them.
Nope...I think just the 800 number is the scam...they just jumped on the card mailing bandwagon.
